The “Leaders of Tomorrow” Program pours into creative, productive, and insightful men, women and youth who have a vision for their community, a business or ministry. These leaders of tomorrow have a strong faith in God and are ready to roll their sleeves up as Change Makers, employers, problem solvers and mentors.
NOTE: There are still racial issues within and without the "community of color" in South Africa. In Cape Town there is more diversity and acceptance which is why it is an important city for nurturing leaders. But the leaders of tomorrow need to reflect ALL of the community of colors.. and it begins in one community at a time through programs like these.
LEADERSHIP MATTERS
Out of the dust South African leaders have risen to the challenge when it has been needed most. But more leaders are desperately needed. Where are the Mandela's? The Tutu's? The Bonhoeffers? The Martin Luther's? They are with us building confidence through prayer, mentorship and elevation.
